About us:

WI Elite was created to provide athletes with access to high-level, hockey-specific off-ice training that directly translates to on-ice performance. Our mission is to bridge a gap that currently exists within the local hockey community by creating a structured development environment focused on strength, speed, mobility, movement efficiency, and overall athletic performance.

Operating within Hockey Haven, WI Elite is designed to establish a consistent training presence where athletes can train, develop, and engage more frequently within the hockey community. Our programming reflects the demands of hockey athletes and emphasizes long-term development through structured group training, small-group development sessions, and one-on-one coaching opportunities.

Training sessions are designed around age, skill level, and athlete needs to ensure high-quality instruction, effective coach-to-athlete ratios, and measurable progression. Each session is built to enhance overall athletic development while maintaining a strong focus on performance transfer to the ice.

Beyond athlete development, WI Elite aims to create a centralized environment where players and families feel connected to the game, the training process, and the broader hockey community. As the program continues to grow, additional specialized training opportunities and expanded programming will continue to support athletes at every stage of development.

    Former varsity hockey goalie with a passion for developing confident, technically sound goaltenders. Specializes in teaching proper positioning, angle control, rebound management, puck tracking, and crease movement to help goalies build strong fundamentals and consistent muscle memory. Focused on improving reaction time, composure under pressure, and overall in-game confidence while creating a positive, high-energy environment that supports growth both on and off the ice.
